Distilled at Edradour Distillery and matured for six years in a first-fill PX sherry hogshead, this expression brings together Edradour’s distinctive Highland character with the depth and sweetness associated with PX sherry casks. Bottled at 57.1% ABV, it offers an opportunity to explore the impact of sherry cask maturation on a relatively young single malt. Tasting Notes Nose Rich raisins, dates and dark fruits, accompanied by hints of chocolate and warming spice. Palate Sweet dried fruits, caramelised sugar and dark chocolate, with oak spice adding depth and structure. Finish Lingering notes of sherry-soaked fruits, gentle spice and rich sweetness.
