AROS 2.0 Grey Titanium - Grey/Satin details

The journey of creating the AROS began with some initial sketches made in a Manhattan bar back in February 2023. Now, here in 2026, I have spent the last six months redesigning the AROS and making it even better. You now have a slimmer, cleaner, and lighter knife while keeping the same great overall profile. With the AROS design, my goal was straightforward—to craft a fantastic small folding knife perfect for everyday carry. I wanted it to be easy to carry, versatile for a wide range of tasks, comfortable to use, and feature unique design details that make it stand out. Its unique construction features a precision-engineered blade and solid titanium handle scales, incorporating the pivot screw, button lock, clip, and lanyard attachment point. The full assembly is securely held together with titanium screws from the clip side of the knife, creating a very clean look. The internal parts of the handles have been carefully machined in what I call the Vector Weight Redux pattern, bringing the overall weight of the knife down to a bare minimum while keeping the structural strength intact.
