Collection from farm - Lamb box

A box of our 100% pasture fed Lamb. Born and reared on our farm our 100% pasture fed Shetland sheep enjoy lush nutrient rich pasture. No grain or concentrates and no artificial fertiliser or pesticides are used on our farm. Our Shetland sheep are a traditional native breed and they are much smaller than commercial breeds of sheep. That means the individual joints and cuts of meat are smaller too, but don't let the size fool you because the flavour is amazing! This lamb box includes: 1 x leg of lamb (approx. 1.7kg) 1 x pack of neck chops (approx. 250g) 1 x rump roast (approx. 230g) 1 x pack of leg steaks (approx. 300g) 2 x packs of loin chops (approx. 200g each) 1 x rack of lamb (approx. 400g) 1 x shoulder on the bone (approx. 1kg) Please note this lamb box will be frozen and will need to be collected on Sunday 4th October between 11-12pm.
