In this session he brings the Conjugate Method into functional fitness and kettlebell sport. Zach explains how kettlebell sport lifting gives you a data source the same way powerlifting did for Louie, and how that reshapes the way you train the hybrid athlete. He introduces two original contributions, the Heavy Attempt Method as a new tier on max effort and the Dynamic Attempt Method as a new tier on dynamic effort, both built from high rep work and barbell cycling. Then he lays out the NFL team model for coaching in a class or group setting, where your job is to be the defensive coordinator, down in the trenches building the strength and durability that lets everyone else shine.
