Rice Lake 1280 with SCT-4XD Integrator Belt Scale & Bulk Material Instrumentation

The Rice Lake 1280 with SCT-4XD Integrator is a high-speed belt scale and bulk material instrumentation system designed for continuous weighing, material flow monitoring, diagnostics, and process control. The SCT-4XD integrator can manage up to four load cells on one scale, read two speed encoders, and manage two totalizers. Paired with the 1280 terminal, the system provides an intuitive resistive touchscreen interface, real-time diagnostics, process data, and a built-in web server for remote network access. Two operating modes—belt weighing and solid flow metering—provide flexibility for a range of bulk material handling applications. The SCT-4XD also provides Micro-USB connectivity for configuration, diagnostics, and data backup using Rice Lake Tools software. Integrated fieldbus communication options include EtherNet/IP, PROFINET IO, and Modbus TCP/IP, while analog output is available as an option.
