48 Clipless Click Pen - 6Al-4V Titanium - Round Nose - Uni-Ball Zento

Elegant round nose variation of the current clipless mechanism design. Totally smooth uninterrupted surface finish, with the vibrant and consistent Uni-Ball Zento refill. Titanium design weighing in at a hefty 46.0g, measuring 0.48" (12.2mm) and 5.37" long. Larger more consistent tip edge chamfer for a smoother transition to the tip face, from the pen body. Sorry for the delay on the emails, but I like to take the time to reply properly when I can. I am working at getting through them all so that I can reply more timely. I still have some stock on hand for previous designs, and I am replying and making orders as I am able to. The travel of the refill nose is fully support throughout the entire cycle yielding a very smooth action. A captured element on the back of the refill prevents any rattle.The mechanism comes equipped with two 4mm stainless steel bearing balls. Tip details are extremely tight with a small land between the refill and the conical section. Proper allowance and a custom precision spring allow the refill to operate smoothly. There is a tight fit between the button stanchion and the mechanism body making it more resistant to binding from pressing the button on an angle. Higbee thread start to the pen body to make the thread action for replacing the refill better. And a locking feature that should keep the mechanism from unscrewing without the need for an o-ring or loctite. Chasing down a fuse alarm on the Kitamura, and waiting on a service call to restore some parameters on the Citizen. Starting to get very keen about making some more clipped designs again.
