Please respond promptly to any preview request. If no response is received within 24 hours, production will proceed based on the latest preview. Cancellation & Refund Policy As each figurine involves personalized 3D modeling and production, please review your design preview and order details carefully. Before 3D modeling is completed: Cancellation requests may be reviewed according to the order status. After 3D modeling is completed but before production: A 30% depreciation fee applies to approved refund requests. During production: A 50% depreciation fee applies to approved refund requests. Once the product is ready for shipment: Cancellations and refunds are not accepted. Personalized products are generally non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or another applicable exception is confirmed under the store's policies and applicable law.
