A Spark of Sichuan — Cooking Workshop

Sichuan food. Seven dishes. One very good evening. Join us for a hands-on evening of cooking, eating and drinking as we make our way through a seven-course Sichuan feast. Learn the flavours, techniques and chilli combinations behind some of our favourite dishes, then sit down and enjoy everything you’ve made. You’ll also make your own chilli oil to take home.
