Blueberry Cloud Cake

Summer Feature! Light, fresh, and made for summer. Our Blueberry Cloud Cake features layers of our classic light and fluffy vanilla chiffon paired with a refreshing blueberry jam and creamy yogurt filling. Finished in a simple, rustic naked design and decorated with fresh blueberries and a delicate dried fig. Tall 4" and Short 5" is a similar in size and will serve about 3-4 portions Please note: Due to the natural colour of fresh blueberries, the blueberry filling and fresh blueberries may naturally dye the vanilla chiffon a soft purplish-blue colour. This is a natural characteristic of the fruit and does not affect the flavour or quality of the cake.
