Brenda Bridget NZ Retro Mahogany Serving Platter (1970s)

Made in New Zealand by Don Alexander for Brenda Bridget, this lovely 1970s super cute platter pairs warm Sapele mahogany with a blue-and-white ceramic tile in a wonderfully graphic bird motif. The original Brenda Bridget label and 156 Tasti Cheese sticker remain underneath. A very Kiwi little time capsule. Beautiful for cheese and nibbles, or displayed in a retro kitchen when it is not in use. Size: 30.5 x 15.5 x 2.5cm Condition: Good vintage condition overall. There is age-related wear, including light surface scratches, rub marks and small knocks to the wood around the tile. The ceramic tile has a few tiny nibbles along one edge.
