Knitting for Beginners | September 24 & October 1

Now is the time to learn to knit! In this class you learn how to cast on, the knit stitch, the purl stitch and how to cast off. Participants will work on a sampler cowl while learning the fundamentals of knitting. Lefties welcome! Skill Level: Complete Beginner Teacher: Allison Dates: September 26 and October 1 Time: 10:30am - 12:00pm (both dates) Price: $60 (includes both classes) Supplies Needed: 6mm knitting needles (wood preferable but another material is fine)
 Chunky weight yarn (14 to 16 st over 10 cm) in a striping pattern or plain if preferred. Please choose yarn in a lighter colour so stitches are visible. All supplies are available in store or you can bring your own!
