Nail Technician Program – Accelerated

The nail industry is a creative and fast-growing field within cosmetology. This program provides students with the skills and knowledge required to succeed as licensed nail technicians in Minnesota. Program Overview 350 Total Training Hours 200 Hours of Online Theory Training Learn core safety and sanitation, tools, product knowledge, and foundational nail concepts through flexible online modules. 150 Hours of In-Person Practical Training Build hands-on skills in manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gel systems, nail enhancements, electric filing, and nail art. Training Location: Brooklyn Park Campus Accelerated Schedule This is a full-time training schedule. Online Theory: 200 hours Completed online prior to your in-person practical training. In-Person Practical: 150 hours Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–8:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM Location: Brooklyn Park Campus Understanding Your Training Dates Theory Start / Enrollment Deadline This is the start of your online theory portion and the absolute last day to enroll in that session, if seats are still available. Practical Start This is your first required in-person training day at our Brooklyn Park Campus. You cannot miss your Practical Start date. Practical Skills Test (PST) Your PST is a required in-person Practical Skills Test day. PST dates are currently TBD and will be communicated to enrolled students once confirmed.
