Adorsi, Filter - Ethiopia

This coffee was grown near the village of Aricha in the heart of Yirgacheffe. This region in Ethiopia produces some of the world’s most beloved and sought-after coffees, celebrated for their abundant florals and complexity of flavour. Adorsi is the first washing station that Testi Specialty Coffee purchased in Yirgacheffe, 8 years ago. It sits in a prime position to receive coffee cherry from some of the highest-positioned and best farmers in the region. Combined with Aricha’s cool climate, this allows coffee to dry slowly, and develop greater depth and sweetness.
