Available in USB (automatic dosing) and S (semi-automatic) versions, Classe 7 brings Rancilio’s renowned brewing technology, energy efficiency, and ergonomic design to cafés, restaurants, and hospitality environments. The classe 7 rancilio is built with a modern, durable stainless-steel frame and ABS side panels, Classe 7 combines Steady Brew technology for temperature precision with a T-Switch for individual group temperature control (88 °C, 90 °C, 93 °C, or 97 °C). The USB version includes programmable dosing and pre-infusion control, while the S model offers manual start/stop control. The machine is equipped with cool-touch steam wands, C-Lever steam valves for instant operation, and can have optional iSteam automatic steam wands for one-touch milk texturing. The Hot Water Economiser allows precise temperature mixing for tea and infusions. LED work area lighting and protective front bumpers enhance workflow and durability in busy service environments.
