This organic red wine is made from 100% Monastrell grapes. The grapes are processed in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After the natural conversion of acids, the wine continues to mature in stainless steel, preserving the pure, fruity expression of the grape. Tasting Notes Cherry red with floral aromas, ripe fruit, and a hint of balsamic. Fresh, lively, and well-balanced on the palate, with pleasant acidity and smooth tannins. Food Pairing Excellent with rice dishes, pasta, fish, goat cheese, sausage, vegetables, mushrooms, and grilled meats.
