La Victoria coffee comes from Pueblo Bello, Cesar, Colombia, where producer Gustavo Andrés Vargas Clavijo continues his family’s long-standing coffee-growing tradition. Raised in a farming family dedicated to coffee cultivation, Gustavo combines generations of knowledge with a commitment to producing exceptional coffees that showcase the character of his region. Carefully selected ripe cherries undergo a 24-hour fermentation before being slowly dried and stabilised to enhance sweetness, complexity and clarity. The result is a smooth, well-balanced cup with notes of milk chocolate, papaya, red berry jam and nutmeg, complemented by a rich winey finish and low acidity.
