Gincident

This next light sour has been years in the making, and it was finally chiseled up nicely with the help of the great Tetrapod brewery from Bulgaria, from way over the Friendship Bridge. 🇧🇬🤝 GINCIDENT is a gin and tonic inspired 4% sour ale, which makes it even easier to drink a few of these when compared to the original long drink. Blasted with blood orange and grapefruit for that nice zing, infused with juniper berries and a homemade cinchona bark extract for that dry and bitter, crisp finish. Absolutely on point. 🏖️ You can even serve it on the rocks. 🧊🧊🧊
