This is a vintage sterling silver heart charm with a four leaf clover. This has to be a very luck charm. Horses, horseshoes and clovers were popular motifs in the Victorian era. The charm is puffy with a smooth plain back and is marked STERLING. It has a jump ring so you can easily add it to a bracelet or chain.
