Most horse shampoos clean the coat. Dermaclear treats the skin underneath. Formulated specifically for horses prone to rain rot, mud fever, and sweet itch, it combines the proven antifungal and antibacterial power of tea tree and cold-pressed neem with salicylic acid to clear away scurf and buildup — opening the skin surface so active ingredients can actually penetrate and do their job. Colloidal oatmeal and aloe vera soothe irritation while hydrolysed keratin gradually restores coat condition in affected areas.
