Dorcha Sauvignon Blanc Pet-Nat (2025)

Dorcha turns Sauvignon Blanc from Slovenia’s Štajerska region into a lively pét-nat packed with fresh fruit and energy. Lime and grapefruit zest lead into kiwi, citrus and tropical fruit, with bright acidity and an easy, refreshing fizz. The grapes are hand harvested and spontaneously fermented with native yeast, then bottled before fermentation finishes to capture the natural bubbles. No sulfur is added, and a little sediment is part of the style. Fresh, aromatic and seriously fun to drink, this Slovenian sparkling wine is an excellent aperitif or partner for salty snacks, seafood and casual summer meals.
