94 - James Suckling 93 - Wine Enthusiast 91 - Wine Spectator Named after the turrets that surmount the Chateau of Pichon Longueville, this wine has its own dedicated portion of the vineyard, drawn mainly from the Merlot-planted Sainte Anne plot. The second wine of Chateau Pichon Baron, it is open, generous and full bodied. Tasting Notes: Fragrant blackcurrant and black cherry with sandalwood, nutmeg and dried lavender. Full-bodied with firm, polished tannins around a deep, fleshy core of dark fruit; hints of plum, anise and cedar on the finish. Drinking well from 2023 through 2033.
