Michi is a Japanese word meaning 'unknown'. Take a dive into another world with this coffee. A truly unique coffee for the summer menu. We are very happy to offer this natural process Kenyan which is an uncommon and for most an unknown processing method in Kenya. The coffee is sweet and juicy, but not funky. The coffee displays candy-like sweetness that reminds us of white chocolate, with a syrupy texture. Juicy fruit flavours are revealed as it cools with notes of cherry, berries, peach and fig. An excellent fruit forward espresso and an approachable filter coffee. Roasted light, but with enough development to bring out the sweetness and body in the coffee without hiding the wonderful fruit tasting notes.
