O-Ring Isolation Valve - QEV Series [2-way NC / Orifice: 0.8 mm]

This isolation valve features a wetted flow path constructed entirely of corrosion-resistant materials. Its newly developed structure eliminates the need for a diaphragm, significantly reducing both pumping volume and internal volume. The low pumping volume minimizes errors and variation during micro-volume dispensing, making it ideal for high-precision dispensing applications. The internal volume has been reduced by approximately 60% compared with our conventional equivalent models. With a slim 7 mm width, this valve enables high-density manifold mounting, significantly reducing both flow path length between ports and installation space. It is also suitable for 8-nozzle configurations for 96-well plate dispensing. Its structure is designed to minimize the influence of fluid pressure, allowing both IN and OUT ports to withstand pressures up to 200 kPa equally.
