ICEO Maan: indoor infrared sauna for 1 person The ICEO Maan 1 is an infrared cabin for one person with a round cabin of 102 cm in diameter and 196 cm in height. Three Quartz heaters and four Carbon panels together deliver 1970 W of Full Spectrum heat. The cabin reaches temperature within ten to fifteen minutes. Thanks to its compact size, the Maan 1 fits in places where a regular sauna will not: a bedroom, a spacious bathroom, a home office or an attic. Frequently asked questions How much space do I need? Count on about 1.1 square metres for the cabin, plus 20 to 30 cm of free space around it for ventilation and assembly. At 196 cm the cabin fits under any standard ceiling. Do I need a separate circuit? At 1970 W a regular earthed wall socket is usually enough. If that circuit already carries a lot, have an installer assess it. How much power does a session cost? At 1970 W and a 30-minute session you use about 1 kWh. How long do you stay in an infrared sauna? 20 to 30 minutes per session is comfortable for most people. Start with 15 minutes if you are new and build up gradually.
