Plenty

The Scriptures are full of cries for justice for the oppressed, the abused, the homeless, and the forgotten. Many of us are blessed with abundance, but many more are not. We can share from our abundance; the Church must never stop singing about these things and this title is Whitaker’s attempt. The unison verses suggest these cries for justice, which are answered by the “abundance” of the refrain, musically represented by expansive quarter-note triplets and a choral texture.
