Grilled Chicken Taco

GRILLED MARINATED CHICKEN TACO SAUCE PICO DE GALLO MOZZARELLA & PROVOLONE THIN CRUST I was going to make our Pollo Asado taco pizza this week. But then I realized it's literally the exact same pizza as our Carnitas pizza from last week, but with a different protein. And that just felt boring. I looked through our catalog of past Mexican chicken pizzas and realized I've never just made a simple Chicken Taco Pizza. So here it is! Wholesome, simple, clean, light, and unbelievably delicious.
