Taste: Rich on the palate, fruit transitions to balance of dessert character and spice with fruit undertones. Maple, vanilla cream, toffee and smores pops, balanced well with oak. The proof brings a balanced mouthfeel: sweet and dry, bright and oaky balanced on a pin. Finish: Long finish, the dessert wins in the finish with more toffee, graham cracker, wafer cookies, semi-sweet chocolate in dashes and a lovely black walnut note.
