Beef Shares open for Fall 2026. Processing Dates of October 27th & 28th & December 30th. A 1/4 cow raised right here on our farm in Nebraska. Our cattle are all grassfed & grass finished regeneratively raised the way that nature intended. This option gives you a nose to tail option from ground beef, roasts, steaks, and even bones. Buying a 1/4 cow saves you money all while supporting healthy land. YOU CHOOSE YOUR CUTS! Put your DEPOSIT down while they last!! TOTAL: ~$1,550 (This price includes basic processing only. If you choose snack sticks, jerky or summer sausages those are not included in basic processing) $9.75/lb - hanging weight which is ~ 145-180 lbs - 1/4 Share *** Due to processing regulations, we can’t guarantee bone-in T-bone steaks. However, if you request T-bones, you’ll still receive the same high quality meat, just boneless versions of the strip and filet portions.*** ****LOCAL PICKUP ONLY ON SHARES OR IF ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE PRIOR WITHIN A REASONABLE DISTANCE OF OUR FARM TO MEET YOU**** This weight is approximate, but will still only be charged $9.75/lb of hanging weight / carcass weight. Payment # 1 (Due Now): NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT $200 (ANY DISCOUNTS ONLY APPLY TO DESPOSITS) Your 1st Payment reserves your beef share ****YOUR DEPOSIT GOES TOWARDS YOUR FINAL BALANCE*** Payment# 2 ~ $1145 depending on hanging weight of individual animal (this includes all basic processing fees as well). No other surprise fees or charges. Final payment is due at least 10 days prior to pickup to ensure all transactions have time to clear before your beef is ready. This helps us stay organized and provide you with the best possible service. The 2nd payment is due when your order is ready to be picked up and also once the payment is cleared. Pick up will be at our location. This is very simple and the CHEAPEST way to feed you and your family and also the most nutrient dense and healthiest beef you can find as it is all grassfed grass finished.
