Sizes XS | Neck circumference 20–30 cm (width 1.5 OR 2.0 cm – randomly selected) S | Neck circumference 28–43 cm (width 2.0 cm) M | Neck circumference 30–50 cm (width 2.5 cm) L | Neck circumference 41–66 cm (width 2.5 cm) Which collections are included? A mix of designs from all our collections, excluding Teddy and Waterproof. What if I receive a design I don’t like? That’s part of the mystery! The design is randomly selected, which is also why the price is so low. Mystery Collars cannot be exchanged or returned. If I order multiple Mystery Collars, will I receive the same design? No! We’ll make sure you receive different designs, as long as stock allows. I selected a collar for a male dog, but I don’t think the design looks masculine We do our best to select designs that are generally considered more “masculine” for male dogs. However, everyone’s taste is different, so we can’t guarantee a specific style or colour. If I order a Mystery Collar AND a Mystery Bow Tie, will they match? We’ll do our best to select a matching combination, as long as stock allows. Can I request a specific design? No, specific design requests are not possible. You can leave a note at checkout telling us which designs you already own, and we’ll do our best to choose something different. However, we cannot guarantee this due to stock availability.
