This white wine, aged in barrels for 6 months, has a mouth coated with sweetness and fruit with good length and a fresh finish. The cultivation of this sloping plot is done without weedkiller, fully plowed and drawn by hand. Tasting Notes: This 2025 Viognier offers an expressive and inviting nose of ripe stone fruit, layered with delicate floral notes. The palate is soft and rounded, with generous fruit and a subtle richness imparted by barrel aging. Fresh acidity provides balance and lift, carrying the wine toward a clean, lingering finish.
