Antique French Palais Blue Opaline Ormolu Glass Perfume Bottle

A scarce 19th century French Royal Palais blue opaline perfume bottle with intricate bronze ormolu rococo style covered scrolls and hinged topper. A unique man finial sits atop in a kneeling position. The opaline is on a bronze mount with four round footings. This may have had a glass insert at one-time to hold in the perfume. This glass insert which is no longer present likely cracked the glass inside the inner rim. See photos of inside rim. You can faintly see the hairline crack from the outside on the back near the upper edge of the thick bronze edging (pictured). There appears to be a maker sticker or foil on the inside. The base glass is good. The bronze gilt is somewhat darked from it’s likely original luster. Please see photos. Size: 6.5 x 3.25”.
