Layered designs must remain in their original layered form. • Front-open, layered, draped, or off-shoulder designs cannot be converted into closed shirts or basic neckline styles. • Custom length or flare adjustments may change the look of capes and loose silhouettes. • Only base fabric color can be customized. Embellishment and embroidery thread colors cannot be altered. • Pants or skirts in charmeuse remain unlined. Any see-through appearance on lighter customized colors is not the brand’s responsibility. • Changing the base fabric may alter the final appearance. The brand cannot guarantee the same fall on substituted fabrics. • All customizations are charged separately and confirmed by the team after review.
