Spicy peanuts, hot churritos, cashews, and roasted pepitas AS LEGEND HAS IT ... George Racha was born in 1882. His spices were world renowned. Women adored him (he was hot, so to speak). Queen Elizabeth awarded George the honor of knighthood for his splendid spices. But the queen’s scribe recorded the new knight’s name not as Sir Racha, but as Sri Racha.
