Currywurst Hot Dog

Handmade using British pork, these frankfurters are seasoned with garlic, onion, warming spices and a touch of curry powder, before being gently smoked in-house over apple and beech wood. Tomato ketchup adds a subtle sweetness, while the smoking lends a delicate depth of flavour. Juicy with a satisfying snap, they're perfect cooked over charcoal or on the barbecue. Serve in a soft brioche bun with Kewpie mayonnaise, hot sauce and a sprinkling of crispy onions. This product must be cooked before eating. Each hot dog weighs approximately 130g and measures around 18cm.
