Hibiki Japanese Harmony Master's Select (Old Bottling) is a highly collectible travel retail exclusive from Suntory, first released in 2015. Bottled at 43% ABV, this premium Japanese blended whisky is crafted from ten carefully selected malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries, matured in five different cask types, including American oak, sherry and rare Mizunara oak. Compared with the standard Hibiki Japanese Harmony, the Master's Select places greater emphasis on sherry cask influence, delivering a richer profile of dried fruits, spice and sweetness while retaining Hibiki's renowned elegance and balance.
