COLOUR Brilliant deep purple core with a lighter violet hue AROMATICS Aromas of dark berries, savoury spice, and cedary oak undertones. PALATE Dark plums, baking spices, and a hint of white pepper, finishing with integrated tannins and bright raspberry acidity. VINTAGE A cool spring resulted in a slightly later harvest. Higher than average summer temperatures in January and February assisted in ripening but also resulted in bunch variation between each vine. Picking decisions were made by taste and only once ample ripeness had been achieved. As a result, this Shiraz has a fine elegance combined with varietal and regional presence. Read Full Tasting Note
