How to Use Pre-Clean First Run a touchless pre-wash to clear loose grit before the mitt touches paint. Start with 1 Ounce Add 1 ounce to a foam cannon or 6-gallon bucket, then adjust for your flow rate. Build the Foam Let it work up thick and creamy before you start washing. Wash Top to Bottom Straight lines, clean mitt, rinse often in a separate rinse bucket. Take Your Time The foam stays active, so you can work the whole car without rushing.
