Dr. Edge Tasmania Chardonnay is a blend of Derwent Valley (70%), Tamar Valley (20%) and East Coast (10%) fruit. Pressed to old oak barriques, the juice is fermented naturally, matured for 9 months on lees with some barriques containing small amounts of whole Chardonnay clusters. 12.5% Alc. ****A less than 6 bottle cart will attract a standard Australian domestic shipping fee of $15.
