Solal® Niacin — Reduces Tiredness & Supports Psychological Function Vitamin B3 Supplement Niacin, also known as Vitamin B3, is an essential nutrient vital for various metabolic processes within the body. It is therefore recommended to start by taking a quarter to half tablet daily after food, gradually increasing the daily dose to one tablet.
