Daryl x Cris Miranda
Cris Miranda es un diseñador chileno que trabaja desde el upcycling como lenguaje de autor. Su obra transforma textiles y prendas en desuso en piezas únicas, donde conviven sostenibilidad, experimentación e identidad visual. En 2022, Cris Miranda el diseñador puentealtino se convirtió en el primer diseñador chileno finalista del Redress Design Award en Hong Kong, donde además obtuvo el People’s Choice Award. Años después, esa misma mirada sobre reutilización y transformación llegó al calzado en el proyecto Desierto de Atacama junto a Landazuri. El denim se reconstruye, el textil adquiere una nueva función y el material deja de ser residuo para convertirse en diseño.
