Antique map of Southern Scotland by G. Mercator and H. Hondius - c. 1640

This antique map of the southern part of Scotland was produced by the Flemish cartographer Gerard Mercator and published by his successor Henricus Hondius. It was published around 1640 and measures 56.5x48.5cm. Magnificent period colors. Condition: Central fold, tears on the edges and tape repair at the top. Please note, my maps are old and are not always in perfect condition!
