Burundi Masha
Roast: Light Acidity: High Process: Washed Tastes Like: Spiced Brown Sugar, Raisins, Dried Apples Masha is the washing station in Kayanza, Burundi, where the coffee cherry seeds are removed from the fruit. Masha accepts coffee from 3,200 local farms, and the best of those coffees are separated into Micro Lots. This Micro Lot is made up of a single variety called Bourbon, pronounced: boar-bone. You will find both sweet and spicy flavors with this coffee! We are reminded of a warm apple pie. The spice that is most prominent may also remind you of allspice. It is a complex and fun coffee to drink, and was a favorite in our cafe. We hope you will enjoy it!
