Our new Flat Rate Repair Service, designed to make your life easier. Here’s how it works: Step 1: Select Your Repair – Simply pick the item you need to be repaired. Step 2: Checkout – Treat it like any online purchase: add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Please fill out all fields describing the issue in checkout. (Customer is responsible for inbound shipping and return shipping will be applied at checkout.) Step 3: Confirmation and Instructions – Immediately after checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your repair. Enclose the item(s) to be repaired, a printout of your full order confirmation*, and send prepaid to: **PLEASE NOTE NEW ADDRESS** HANDLER Repair Department. 1 Prindle Lane Danbury, CT 06811 SEE below for more information NOTE: If your order includes both repair services and regular Handler products, please note that all items will be held and shipped together once the repair is completed. Repairs can extend processing time, which may delay the shipment of any products included in the same order. For faster delivery of new products, we recommend placing repair services and product purchases as two separate orders. If you have questions about the best way to place your order, contact us at customerservice@blackstoneind.com All products MUST be CLEANED by order of OSHA prior to shipping or products will be sent back unrepaired. Warranty repairs – If your item is confirmed to be covered by warranty you will be issued a full refund for repair service and shipping return. Shipping to our facility is not covered.
