Custom Vinyl Banner Our Custom Vinyl Banners are a lightweight, durable and weather-resistant signage solution for indoor and outdoor use. Printed on 510gsm PVC vinyl with high-resolution UV printing, your artwork stays vibrant in all conditions. Each banner is hemmed and finished with clear, non-rust polypropylene eyelets for easy hanging. Or email your file to admin@newsignsgroup.com.au after you have placed your order. See our artwork specs below Option 2 - Create your own design online: Use the Step 5 “Customise” button to access the design tool. See our video: How To Use Our Custom Design Tool Option 3 - You need help with the design: If you do not have a design bone in your body or would just like to deal with a real person, we understand. Place you order and email us the design details to admin@newsignsgroup.com.au. We will contact you to help put your design together. Artwork Proofs and Design Charges Regardless of the design option you choose, you will receive artwork proofs for sign off before we commence printing. You can make as many changes to the first proof as required and receive a second proof for approval. The design charges are included in the cost of the sign. Please note, in some circumstances additional fees may apply: If additional changes are required after the second proof. If artwork is provided in low resolution and needs to be recreated. If we are altering an existing sign or creating one from scratch for you and the design is highly complex. If any additional design fees apply you will be notified of the costs prior to us commencing on your order and you can decide if you would like to proceed. Artwork Specifications Fonts must be converted to outlines Have at least 3mm of bleed Not having trim marks for rectangle artwork is preferred For rectangle artwork, ensure your trimbox size is correct File to be provided as a PDF Artwork to be provided at 100% size If you want the closest match to a Pantone colour, use a Pantone C spot colour and our profile will get the closest possible match. Use CMYK colour only for everything else (do not use RGB) Maximum file size is 2GB, though smaller is always preferred to minimise issues 300 DPI for any raster images at 100% size Any elements set to Overprint will print over underlying colours - check artwork carefully to ensure overprint is applied intentionally
