The Suri fibres are wrapped around a smooth silk singles core, creating a delicate halo without the use of mohair. The high silk content gives the finished fabric a beautiful drape and subtle sheen, while the Baby Suri adds softness and warmth. This exquisite yarn works beautifully for lightweight sweaters, cardigans, shawls and accessories where you want a soft, fluffy fabric with plenty of drape. I recommend to handwash a ready item in cool water with as little movement as possible for best results. Some colours might bleed at first wash. Each skein is hand dyed individually, so some variation between skeins is natural, even when they are dyed in the same batch. If using more than one skein in a project, I recommend alternating skeins to blend any differences.
