Guest requirements -Height restriction: 140cm to 145cm or taller. -Other restriction: This service is for individuals who can safely ride a bicycle independently. For safety reasons, we may refuse service to elderly individuals or those who feel unsure about their riding ability. -Rental period: The rental period for a full day is from 10:00 to 18:00. There are no rental rates for shorter periods. -Overtime charge: If you exceed closing time (18:00), an extension fee of ¥400 will be charged for every 30 minutes. Unauthorized late returns will incur a penalty of ¥5,000, and failure to return items for extended periods may result in a penalty of up to ¥100,000. If you will be late, please contact us in advance. We will be flexible if you contact us beforehand. -Parking lot: We do not have a dedicated parking lot. Please use the nearby paid parking at your own expense. -If your bicycle is stolen: Please contact us immediately and also file a theft report at your nearest police station. You will be responsible for a compensation fee of ¥80,000 if the bicycle was locked, and ¥120,000 if it was not locked. Please note that this is not covered by insurance and will be your responsibility. ⁻If your bicycle gets a flat tire: Please contact us first. If repairs are possible nearby, we will reimburse you for the tube repair cost if you present us with the receipt. If repairs are not possible, we will arrange for a replacement bicycle or provide on-site assistance. Please note that any damage (tire, wheel, etc.) resulting from continuing to ride with a flat tire will be charged at cost. -Luggage storage: For customers using rental bicycles, we offer free luggage storage for one piece of luggage per bicycle. -Battery: A full charge allows for a range of approximately 40-50 km, which is sufficient for sightseeing in Otaru. -Child seats and helmets: We have two child seats (suitable for children under 22kg) and two helmets available. If needed, please purchase the seats and helmets when making your reservation, along with your bicycle rental. The level is beginner 2. What to bring - 3. Safe and Secure -All guests are recommended to ensure they are covered by an adequate travel insurance policy prior to beginning their trip. 4. Cancellation policy 1. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the start date will incur no charge. 2. Cancellations made between 14 days prior to and 72 hours prior to the start date will incur a 50% charge. 3. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the start date will incur a 100% charge. 4. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGING THE BOOKING DETAILS WILL BE CONSIDERED AS CANCELLING THE ORIGINAL BOOKING. RE-BOOKING OF THE NEW DATES / TIMES / SERVICES WILL BE REQUIRED.
