Evening 6-8 p.m. Party

This private party option is available on Fridays when the studio is closed to the public. View all available times on the booking calendar. Up to 12 children (including birthday child) + 13 adults can attend an evening party. A minimum of 2 adults must attend to supervise children. Please note: An Evening Party can accommodate children of all ages, including children turning 7 yrs and older. The price, time, and capacity policies are non-negotiable. When you have completed and paid for your booking, you will receive a separate email with a link to printable and digital party invitations. View all available time slots on the booking calendar. An evening party includes: Up to 12 children (including Birthday child) + 13 adults . This is non-negotiable. 12 Birthday Boxes- Our party favours are filled with an assortment of open-ended materials like styrofoam, pipe cleaners, beads + lacing, glue, popsicle sticks, paper cones and more..everything you need for creative making! 12 decorate-your-own, adjustable Party Crowns. Private play in the main studio plus a fully decorated party room to enjoy food, cake and presents. A reserved parking spot for B-day Host + 4 additional spots for guests. When you have completed and paid for your booking, you will receive a separate email with a link to our printable and digital party invitations. Party Itinerary 5:45-6:00 p.m. Party hosts and guests will enter through the back door of our studio-beyond the parking lot at the south side of our building. To celebrate and to help with navigation, The Birthday child’s name and age will be written on the window of the entrance door to welcome guests, as they arrive. 6:00-6:30 p.m. Party Guests are welcome to play in the main studio upon arrival- socks are required for all guests, including adults. 6:30 p.m. (or earlier) Once all guests have arrived, You and your Guests will be called into the party room (pictured) for food, cake and presents! 7 p.m. (earlier/later) Party guests are welcome to play in the main studio again after food and cake. 7:55 p.m. Party guests will be called back into the party room (pictured). This is your cue to start wrapping things up as the party winds down. Birthday Boxes [provided] can be handed out during goodbyes to guests, heading out the door. 8:00 pm Your party has now come to an end. Please ensure to leave the party room (pictured) in a timely fashion so that staff can begin the necessary cleaning. At this time there is no more playing in the studio or party room.
