Click to download Instruction Manual Good to know about Teak: Care and Maintenance Assembly Excellence & Timber Care Linden 2.0 is precision-engineered for straightforward assembly. To preserve the natural integrity of the A-Grade teak, please follow these professional guidelines: 1. Precision Alignment Position all frame components and panels on a soft, level surface. Ensure all pre-drilled holes are perfectly aligned before introducing hardware to prevent unnecessary tension. 2. Manual Threading Only Start all screws by hand. Gently thread each screw to ensure a perfect seat. This prevents cross-threading and protects the structural threads within the hardwood. 3. The Gradual Tightening Rule Using a manual screwdriver, tighten the hardware in a staggered sequence—moving between opposite sides. This ensures the bench settles evenly into its architectural form. 4. Respect the Hardwood (Do Not Overtighten) Teak is a living, high-density material. Tighten only until the connection is firm and stable. Excessive force may cause the timber to stress or crack. Secure is enough; additional force is not required. 5. Final Structural Check Once assembled, perform a final light re-check of all connections. The Linden 2.0 is designed to be a grounded, permanent fixture; a gentle touch ensures its longevity for generations.
