Yulang (Ripples Bar) | Dark Chocolate with Gulalung (Finger Lime)
🍫 Belgian-crafted dark chocolate - artisan roasting methods draw out deep, complex cacao notes | Native Gulalung (Finger Lime) | Free From Gluten Feel it before you taste it. Each ridge carries the memory of water moving over Country. The two waterways now called Fish River and Macquarie River have a unique geographical relationship - one does not simply flow into the other as two separate confluences. They are a Continuous Waterway. The river rises near Oberon as the Fish River, flows northwest, and transitions into the Macquarie River. To the Wiradjuri people, the entire winding pathway from the highlands down through the plains is Wambuul. My English family followed the roads from the Fish River through Bathurst to Wellington. But Country knew what was coming. At the end of that journey, my English great-great-grandfather met my Wiradjuri great-great-grandmother. Two families. One union. The beginning of me. That river runs through my bloodline. Now it runs through this chocolate. Some chocolate you eat. This one you read first. The ridged surface of Yulang isn't decorative - it's Country. In Wiradjuri, yulang means ripples: the movement of water that has shaped the rivers of Central West NSW for thousands of years. Inside that texture lives Gulalung - native Finger Lime - its pearls bursting sharp and bright against rich, complex dark chocolate. Flavour Deep dark chocolate / Bright citrus burst / Clean, lingering finish Pairs with Black coffee / Aged red wine / Quiet Made in small batches. Rooted in Country. Carried forward with purpose. Wiradjuri. Made on Purpose.
