Summer Blend | Light Roast
Our signature summer blend is now available! This blend of Central American and African beans are roasted separately then blended together after roasting. Managing these ratios after roasting allows us to bring out a light, refreshing cup that hold notes of citrus, while still being berry forward. With this edition of Summer Blend, we use Burundi Honey Washed beans to bring out a berry, gummy-like flavor. We have also used naturally processed beans from the Dominican Republic, these beans are clean, sweet, strawberry forward, and caramel winey. Due to the Burundi and the Dominican Republic beans, this is a very limited edition coffee. Make sure to place your orders as soon as possible! Notes: Berry forward, lemon zest, clean and sweet, light and bright.
